Before Contacting Support

  • Include your account email (if signed in).
  • Include the affected trip destination and approximate time.
  • Include screenshots and browser/device details when possible.
  • For payment issues, include Stripe receipt ID if available.

Incident Severity Guide

  • P0: App unavailable, payment broken, or data loss risk.
  • P1: Core flow degraded (generate/save/share) without full outage.
  • P2: Non-critical bug, workaround exists.
